チケットをキャンセル・払い戻し

  • To cancel or refund orders with multiple tickets, please cancel each ticket separately through the self-cancellation system again.
  • Only one coupon code can be used per order.
  • If you choose the "cancel and change to a future session of your choice" option, there is no need to choose right away. There is a 3 month expiration date so you can take your time choosing. When you are booking your future session, please input your coupon code that you received on the checkout page under the "apply coupon code" button.
  • If you choose the "cancel and refund" option, please note a 500 yen charge will be deducted.
  • Tickets within 24 hours of the session or not refundable or able to receive a coupon code for a different session.
  • キャンセル(返金・振替)はご予約セッション開始時間の24時間まで可能です。それ以降のキャンセルは払い戻し・振替はできません。
  • 複数のチケットをキャンセルされる場合は、各チケットを個別にキャンセルしてください。
  • 「ご予約をキャンセルし別日程へ振替」を選択した場合、3ヶ月間有効の振替クーポンがメール送付されます。 次回ご予約の際にクーポンコードを「クーポンをお持ちですか？」の欄にペーストし、適用ボタンをクリックしてください。
