チケットをキャンセル・払い戻し

To cancel or refund orders with multiple tickets, please cancel each ticket separately through the self-cancellation system again.
Only one coupon code can be used per order.
If you choose the "cancel and change to a future session of your choice" option, there is no need to choose right away. There is a 3 month expiration date so you can take your time choosing. When you are booking your future session, please input your coupon code that you received on the checkout page under the "apply coupon code" button.
If you choose the "cancel and refund" option, please note a 500 yen charge will be deducted.
Tickets within 24 hours of the session or not refundable or able to receive a coupon code for a different session.

お振替手続き/キャンセル手続きは一度限りとなります。お振替からの再振替・お振替からのキャンセルは致しかねますのでご注意ください。
複数のチケットのご注文をキャンセルまたは払い戻しされる場合は、再度webサイトのお問い合わせから各チケットを個別にキャンセルしてください。
クーポンコードは1回の注文につき1つだけ使用できます。
「ご予約をキャンセルし別日程へ振替」オプションを選択した場合、すぐに選択する必要はありません。3ヶ月の有効期限がありますので、ゆっくり選ぶことができます。今後のセッションを予約する際に、お振替手続き完了メールで受け取ったクーポンコードを「クーポンコードを適用する」ボタンで入力してください。
「ご予約をキャンセルし払い戻し」を選択された場合、500円の手数料が差し引かれますのでご注意ください。
セッションの24時間以内のチケット、または払い戻しや別のセッションのクーポンコードを受け取ることはできません。
