Artbar Osakaを運営する株式会社大伸社（以下、「当社」といいます）では、顧客および訪問者（以下、「お客様」といいます）のプライバシーの保護に努めています。個人情報の取り扱いにあたっては、その個人情報を大切に保護することが当社の事業活動の基本であると共に社会的責務であると考え、個人情報の正確かつ安全な取扱いおよび管理に十分配慮し、お客さまや社会の信頼に応えてまいります。本プライバシーポリシーは、お客様が当社のウェブサイトを訪問された場合、または当社主催・当社協力で開催されるイベントに参加された際に、当社がどのようにお客様の個人情報を収集、使用、開示、保護するかについて定義するものです。

7.お客様の情報の委託・提供
お預かりした個人情報（個人データ）の取扱いを、支払い処理業者やEメールマーケティングプラットフォーム等、個人情報に関する覚書契約を締結している業務委託会社へ、サービス提供に必要な範囲で委託することがあります。
当社が個人データの取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合、適切な委託先を選定した上で、個人データの取扱状況を合理的に把握できる委託契約を締結するものとし、定期的な監査を行うなどの方法により委託先における個人データの取扱状況を把握。取扱いを委託した個人データの安全管理が図られるよう、委託を受けた者に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
8. 個人データの第三者提供
以下の場合を除いてお預かりした個人情報を、お客様の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
