Next month's schedule usually goes live in the middle-to-late part of the current month. We recommend checking back regularly so you can grab your preferred session before it fills up.
Yes! You can join the waitlist right from the event page. As soon as a seat opens up, everyone on the list is notified at the same time — it's first come, first served.
Contact us through the form below with the session date and studio, and we'll check whether we can fit in one more seat for that Osaka session.
Since our adult-only sessions serve alcohol and are designed as an "adult-only space," we ask that you refrain from bringing children. Artbar Osaka Umeda hosts parent-child sessions, so please feel free to join us for those events.
The sessions are for children ages 5 and up through elementary school.

Only ticket holders may enter the studio. For parent-child sessions, a parent and child take part together.
Please cancel using the booking confirmation email we sent when you reserved. Cancellations made up to 3 days before the start time are free of charge; cancellations from 3 days to 24 hours before incur a 25% cancellation fee; cancellations after that incur a 100% cancellation fee.
You're welcome to join late, but sessions run within a fixed 2-hour window, so we recommend arriving on time from the start to finish a piece you'll be happy with.
For birthdays or special anniversaries, we can arrange champagne or special drinks. Please get in touch via the form below.
Yes — they're valid for one year, and you can join any available session date whenever you like! Gift certificates can be sent as a physical card or by email; please choose at checkout.
