Venues

Artbar Osaka has several locations, so please be sure to confirm the venue for your reservation.

Age Limitations

Adult sessions are for customers 20 years of age or older.

However, for parent-child sessions, children under elementary school age may attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Artbar Lab Hirakata is open to junior high school students and older.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your work may not be completed.

Please understand this in advance.

Disclaimer

Acrylic paints will be used in the session. Please note that it is difficult to wash off the paint if it adheres to your clothes. We will not be responsible for any stains on your clothes, bag, or other items you bring, so please wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty. Artbar Osaka is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your property, or any physical injury or illness that may occur during the session.

In addition, Artbar Osaka offers wine for adult sessions based on the concept of “experiencing art with a glass of wine in one hand”, but we ask that you please drink at your own risk. Artbar Osaka will not be held responsible for any intoxication, physical injury or illness, trouble, or accident that may occur as a result of excessive alcohol consumption.

Cancellations and Changes

Up to 72 hours before the event starts: Full refund (0% cancellation fee)

72 to 24 hours before the event starts: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee)

24 hours before the event starts up to the start time: No refund (100% cancellation fee)

If you wish to change to a different date or session, please cancel your current booking and make a new reservation (please note the cancellation deadlines).

If payment was made partly using a gift voucher or code and the booking is cancelled within the eligible refund period, only the amount actually paid in cash (via credit card, etc.) is eligible for a refund.

Alcohol Ink Art

Please read this only if you are booking alcohol ink art.

The alcohol used may be harmful to your health.

Please make reservations and participate at your own risk based on your own health condition. Please do not make reservations or participate if you are pregnant or have respiratory problems.

Copyright

All copyrights to the session samples (model works), the instructor’s instruction, and the session process belong to Artbar Osaka.

It is prohibited to use, duplicate, copy, redistribute, or upload photos or videos taken during the session to social networking sites or other networks for commercial purposes.

年齢制限

大人向けセッションは20歳以上のお客様を対象としております。

ただし親子セッションの場合は、保護者同伴であれば小学生以下のお子様もご参加可能です。※Artbar Lab Hirakataは中学生以上から参加いただけます。

遅刻について

開始時間に遅れる場合、30分以上遅れて参加されますと作品が完成しない可能性がございます。

予めご了承ください。

免責事項

セッションではアクリル絵の具を使用します。お洋服に付着しますとお洗濯では洗い落とす事が難しいのでご注意ください。万が一お客様のお洋服やお鞄等、ご持参された物が絵の具で汚れてしまっても当社は一切の責任を負いませんので、当日は汚れても良いお洋服等でお越しください。また、セッション中に発生したお客様の所有物の損害・損失・盗難または身体的な怪我や疾患に対してArtbar Osakaは一切の責任を負いません。

またArtbar Osakaでは大人向けセッションにおいて「ワインを片手にアート体験」をコンセプトに、ワインを基本にご用意しておりますが、飲酒は各自の責任の下で行って頂くようお願いいたします。万が一お客様の過度な飲酒により酩酊、身体的な怪我や疾患、トラブル、事故等が発生した場合であっても、Artbar Osakaは一切の責任を負いません。

キャンセル・変更

イベント開始72時間前まで： 全額返金（キャンセル料 0%）

イベント開始72時間～24時間前まで： 75%返金（キャンセル料 25%）

イベント開始24時間前～開始時間まで： 返金なし（キャンセル料 100%）

別の日程・セッションに変更をご希望の場合は一度キャンセルの上、再度ご予約ください（キャンセル期限にご注意ください）。

一部をギフト券・コードで支払い、返金対象期間内にキャンセルした場合は、実際に支払った現金（クレジットカード等）の金額のみが返金対象となります。

アルコールインクアート

アルコールインクアートをご予約のお客様のみお読みください。

使用するアルコールはお客様の健康に悪影響を及ぼす可能性がございます。

ご予約・ご参加はご自身の健康状態を踏まえ、各自の責任で判断していただき、妊娠中の方や呼吸器に疾患のある方はご予約・ご参加をお控えください。

著作権

セッションのサンプル（お手本の作品）や講師による指導内容、セッションのプロセスの著作権は全てArtbar Osakaに帰属します。

セッション中に撮影した写真や動画を商業目的で利用・複製・複写・再配布・SNS等のネットにアップロードする事を禁止します。
